Stories & Souls

By Hannisze

Behind every face, there is a story.

It is with this in mind that Hannisze set out to capture the faces she met during her travels around the world. This book showcases beautiful people and tells the 'stories' behind each encounter. Instead of leaving her readers wondering and wandering, she invites them to journey with her through her images and stories.<

Hannisze came from a family of photographers. She has travelled independently all over Europe and North America during her student days. However, it was after meeting her husband that she embarked on more adventurous journeys with him, to far-flung places all over the world.

Being a passionate photographer with a keen and genuine interest in other’s welfare, she strives to weave the stories of the people she photographs into her images, by capturing their emotions at the precise moment when she feels they are baring their souls to her.

Over the years, she has amassed a wide collection of such images, which she shared only on her social media accounts, until friends began to encourage and persuade her to make a book to showcase some of her best images. This book is the result of such encouragement and persuasion.
